Ecology Ottawa Butter Keeper Pink Salt 12.5cm

Crafted with Ottawa’s gently ridged, signature shape, this Butter Keeper will become a kitchen staple, safely and beautifully storing butter at room temperature. Made of stoneware, it features a reactive gloss glaze and a slightly mottled finish in a sweet, soft pink hue. How to use: Allow your butter to soften then press it firmly into the lid, ensuring there are no gaps or air pockets around the inside edges. Fill the base with approximately 2cm of salted water. When the lid is put in place, the water should cover the bottom of the lid. This creates an airlock to keep your butter fresh and stable. For best results, change water every 2-3 days.
